Request account deletion

Zotasy Grocery creates a Firebase Authentication account when you sign in with Google to use optional Gemini features.

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

  1. Open Zotasy Grocery.
  2. Go to Account settings.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm with Google when prompted.
  5. Optionally keep or erase grocery data stored on this device (checkbox in the confirmation dialog).

This permanently deletes your Firebase Authentication account used by Zotasy Grocery.

Option 2 — Without the app installed

Email groextracker@gmail.com from (or clearly stating) the Google account email you used in Zotasy Grocery, and ask to delete your Zotasy Grocery / Firebase Authentication account and related cloud account data.

We aim to complete email requests within a reasonably short period after verifying the account.

Data previously sent to Google Gemini / AdMob Retained or deleted according to Google’s practices for those services

Zotasy Grocery does not operate a separate cloud grocery database. Your grocery list stays on your device unless you delete it.
